I will overwhelm 'legitimate fighter' Paul - Joshua
The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time world heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.

The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in rounds four or five and stated he would stop the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
